No appointment is required — we welcome walk-in patients daily. However, booking an appointment in advance ensures you are seen at your preferred time with minimal waiting. You can book via our website, call us, or visit directly at 494 San Andres St, Malate, Manila.
We offer a comprehensive range of outpatient medical services including: General Consultation, Laboratory Testing (CBC, blood chemistry, urinalysis), Medical Certificates, Diagnostic Services (X-ray, ECG), Pre-Employment Physical Exams, Annual Executive Check-Ups, and Pediatric Consultations.
We are open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Sundays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are open on most public holidays — please call us at +63 2 8562 7831 to confirm availability on specific holidays.
Most routine laboratory results are available on the same day, typically within 3–5 hours. Specialized tests may take 1–3 business days. We will notify you when your results are ready and provide a full review with one of our physicians.
Yes, we accept PhilHealth for eligible services. We also work with select HMO providers. Please bring your card and ID when you visit, and our front desk staff will verify your coverage prior to your consultation.
For fasting blood tests (e.g., fasting blood sugar, lipid panel), please fast for 8–12 hours before your test. Water is allowed. For urine tests, collect a mid-stream sample in a clean container. If you have specific requirements for your test, our staff will advise you at the time of booking.
